Pleasure/pain is a duality created by this organism tto move towards or waya from phenomena that furthers its excistance.The same goes for the ego,where love/fear creates movements towards people and events or away from them,depending on their effect on the ego.
So,how can seeking pleasure moments do anything good for the planet?It only does good for this body,and the bodies of others.The planet doesn't care.We will consume eachother,and the plkanet will take a deep breath for a few years and reset itself.
We are unimportant.
